Pivot Point Fitness & Martial Arts.  What’s in a name?   


The focus of the Kickboxing class is on the FITNESS side of the name above, however it is very similar to the traditional form of Tae-Kwon-Do found on the other page in what it will provide you.


I know that the combination of this program and/or the Tae-Kwon-Do, has the ability to  provide you with the life skills to be successful and build a better way of life.   While I offer classes to every level and age group on the Martial Arts die, for now I would like to focus this class on adults.


It doesn't matter if you have never been involved in physical activity or if you have been at an level allowing you to compete at the competition level, I will cater to everyone's needs as not everyone is ever at the ‘same’ level, which is why you only ever really need to compete with yourself.  


As we develop this class and the club overall, private lessons may also be available for those who may feel more comfortable with a personalized one on one environment.  For right now, we will start as a group.  


Whether you're looking for a stronger healthier mind and body, or just a something other than pounding the treadmill or the pavement, kickboxing is a great way to get in shape and relive stress.
